Team S.r.l. is a service company established in Genoa in 1981 for the purpose of providing consulting and professional services to businesses and public administrations in the field of human resources. First set up as an association of free-lance professionals (Team Consulenti Associati - 1974-1981),    Team was then turned into a Limited company (Srl), and more recently into a service engineering company working in the field of soft projects, namely projects with prevailing service contents.

Team is organised in four Areas, all correlated to its strategic and operational know-how as well as to specific action fields

• Vocational and Educational Lifelong Training;
• Innovation management and technological transfer;
• Internationalization and development cooperation.

Team has provided services and has collaborated in the implementation of complex development projects, on behalf of private, mostly small and medium, enterprises as well as of Trade Associations, Economic Bodies, Public Administrations, Training Institutes, International Organisations, etc. For over fifteen years, Team has been conducting direct consulting activities on behalf of the EU Commission either as the Project Leader or as a partner in several research, training, monitoring, and assessment projects.
