We recently celebrated 40 years in business but we feel (and we are) young because we look forward and we face the challenges presented by our contemporary society, economy and market.
The issues that most concern us are: digital economy, happy decrease, circular economy, environment, local development, businesses creation, personal improvement and company development.
The way we operate fosters human contact and personalization of service.
For this reason, most of our clients are small and medium enterprises where these values represent a strength and the working style for the size and type of business.
The knowledge of the European Union and of the opportunities it offers in terms of relationships, exchanges, joint projects has often represented the starting point for our working relationships, but it also represents the cultural background for the definition of contents, methodologies, relationships of our daily work.

Our quality system
Our procedures are born from work practices and follow established protocols that have been defined and perfected in over 40 years of experience. We have chosen to certify our work processes, to ensure our customers a standard of service always verifiable in an objective manner. In order to pursue continuous improvement objectives, we also decided to adopt policies of organizational learning, to consolidate and make common knowledge and skills gained by promoting:
- circuits consolidation of tacit knowledge and its translation, where possible in explicit knowledge;
- transfer of information and ways of working within the company;
- movement of consultants on different types of intervention to encourage a learning experience interdisciplinary field.
The quality management system adopted by the company complies with ISO 9001: 2008, as certified by Bureau Veritas in 2012.
